Mindful Photography

Notice, Play, Create

For creative team-building, exploration, offsites, and individuals

A playful photographic adventure, helping participants to be more present, creative, and connected.

We use photography as a way to become more aware of our surroundings and explore and develop our creativity.

This is a lighthearted experience, which is flexible and can be adapted to different situations and needs. but with potential to take people on quite a deep inner journey if they choose. There are subtle invitations to be present with how we are feeling and be kind to ourselves.

It can be centred around urban street photography, nature exploration or inside.

Jonathan’s approach is fantastic and he has taught us a range of easy-to -follow steps to improve our photography and story telling. Highly recommend him if you want to maximise showing your impact and telling your story as a key to the success of your business.

I have been a been a professional photographer, trainer and film maker nearly 35 years.

My workshops encourage playful exploration of creativity, storytelling and presence, while teaching the fundamentals of photography and video in an engaging, practical way.

I’ve run trainings for clean energy, nature, tech and healthcare organisations as well as global organisations like UNICEF, Save the Children and Plan International.

I’ve also facilitated workshops with marginalised young people in Indonesia, Burmese investigative journalists, recovering addicts, UK corporates and creatives, and medics in the NHS.

I’ve also been a practitioner of yoga and meditation for all this time, and discovering photography and developing my own creativity has been an important part of my own personal development.
