INLE HERITAGE, MYANMAR (BURMA)
Inle Heritage is a social enterprise hotel, restaurant, and organic garden dedicated to preserving the heritage and environment of Inle Lake, a UNESCO biosphere in central Myanmar.
It is a renowned centre for local cultural and gastronomic preservation and development.
It also houses a Vocational Training Centre, run by some of Myanmar’s most experienced hoteliers, which trains and employs local young people in hospitality, horticulture and environmental preservation.
And it has a sanctuary for the last pedigree Burmese cats in the country.
